What is the Code of Ethics and Conduct?

Under the terms of our Articles of Association, the SBCE maintains a Code of Ethics and Conduct (current revision from 2025).
​
The society's Membership T&C's require that all members act in accordance with this code, This ensures high standards and professionalism in all areas of business are met. The SBCE's principles are aligned with the mission and values.

This code, which has been produced by the Society of British & Commonwealth Entrepreneurs, and focuses on four primary principles:

Each principle is outlined through a statement of key values and is accompanied by a set of standards that detail the specific conduct and behaviour expected of members by the Society of British & Commonwealth Entrepreneurs. All members agree to adhere and uphold the Code of Ethics & Conduct throughout their membership tenure.
